Aluminium Electrocoating

When a direct current (DC) voltage is applied, the charged paint particles migrate towards the aluminum substrate and deposit onto its surface, forming a uniform coating.
Curing: After electrodeposition, the coated aluminum parts are typically baked in an oven to cure the paint and form a durable, protective finish. Curing can involve heating the parts to a specific temperature for a certain duration, allowing the paint to crosslink and achieve its desired properties, such as hardness, adhesion, and chemical resistance.
Post-treatment: Depending on the specific requirements of the application, additional post-treatment steps may be performed, such as rinsing, sealing, or applying supplementary coatings to enhance the performance or appearance of the electrocoated aluminum parts.
